Adecco Credit & Banking is currently recruiting for an International Bank based in Milan aHR Generalist - Operation SpecialistWithin the Italy HR team you will be responsible of the following activities:• managing HR systems, with a view to continuous improvement• collaborate in the monthly processing of payroll in a complex reality with unique peculiarities;• collaborate on Group and local projects concerning the improvement of HR processes;• collaborate in the activities necessary for the management of benefits programs;• collaborate in the analysis of the procedures owned by the function and facilitate their updates;• be responsible for the strategic analysis of indicators related to Human Resources management;• closely collaborate with the local team and the off-shore hub and manage the ticketing system with a particular focus on internal customer satisfaction;• collaborate with the HR Head of Italy and HR BP to facilitate the daily management of resources and be the interface of functions such as controlling and accounting;• actively participate in all the business projects of the various divisions in which the HR function is involved.The ideal candidate meets the following requirements:• Bachelor's or Master's degree• ideally 2 years of experience in a HR Generalist / Admin role• Analytical skills developed through experience in complex and fast paced environments;• Good English knowledge• Knowledge of the main Human Resources management systems, in particular HR Infinity (Zucchetti), and Office proficiency (Excel) We offer a fixed term contract of 6 months, that can be extended, with the possibility of subsequent direct hiring.CCNL Credito RAL 35K + ticket, Full time 37 oreBased in Milan Disponibilità oraria: Full TimeCCNL: Credito
