responsabilitàKEY RESPONSIBILITIES:  Provide award winning customer service by following GPH customer service StrategyCommunicate with the Management team on any operational challenges you faceActively acknowledge and approach all customers with the objective of making a saleTo give a professional, informed description and show an in depth knowledge of your productTo gain product knowledge expertise within all product groups in the store and sharing this with the teamUse every opportunity to offer additional items or alternatives to the saleAim to exceed all targets, objectives set and key performance indicatorsMaintain high standards of visual merchandising and housekeeping to enhance the GPH experienceImplement sales promotions and price changes as directed by ManagementProvide a safe environment by following Health & Safety guidelines and being aware of the security on the floor esperienzanon richiestacompetenzeREQUIREMENTS:  Self-confident with a fun and friendly dispositionEnjoys working with children and relishes the challenges that this may presentgood knowledge of English, spoken and written Good interpersonal & communication skillsHighly organised and able to prioritise workloadAble to work to tight deadlines, under pressureAbility to be a team player but also to work independently when required Working hours: part time/full time CCNL Commercio   La ricerca è rivolta ai candidati ambosessi (L.903/77).
