Serialization Associate

As a Serialization Associate, by managing daily serialization tasks and anti-counterfeiting initiatives, you will help ensure that the Group continues to deliver safe, high-quality medicine to patients worldwide.

MAIN ACTIVITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Alert Monitoring & Resolution: Support the daily monitoring and investigation of EU FMD alerts. You will help identify root causes and work toward problem resolution for alert closure, while maintaining positive relationships with the Group sites, MAHs, and the Tracelink Business Administrator.
Regulatory Reporting: Assist in informing National Competent Authorities and EMVO/NMVOs of investigation outcomes, ensuring clear and timely communication.
Statistics & Reporting: Contribute to periodic business statistics and reporting to help detect recurring root causes and assist in the development of Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA).
Market Complaint Support: Provide support on market complaints regarding serialized products, helping to facilitate investigations and verify product authenticity.
Quality System Maintenance: Participate in the maintenance of the Serialization Quality System by assisting with the drafting of SOPs, managing Trackwise records, and handling related documentation.
Project Support: Contribute to the management of various projects connected to Serialization initiatives.
TechOps Support: Provide operational support to TechOps for day-to-day serialization management activities.


JOB REQUIREMENTS

Educational Background: A university degree in a STEM discipline (Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics), providing the analytical foundation needed for technical compliance.
Communication Skills: Proficiency in English (both written and spoken) is essential for collaborating within our international network.
Analytical Mindset: Strong problem-solving abilities and a lean approach to work, with a natural focus on achieving efficiency and meeting team objectives.
Adaptability & Collaboration: The flexibility to thrive in a fast-paced environment and the interpersonal skills necessary to communicate effectively with different stakeholders.
Technical Advantage: While not mandatory, prior exposure to or knowledge of Tracelink will be considered a significant plus.
